ExplainItDoctorly was founded with the mission of helping our future doctors navigate the large body of material to be better prepared for their careers. As a strategic partner, we took their vision and engineered it into reality. Like any other startup, ExplainItDoctorly had numerous challenges. Unexpected spikes in traffic and changes in project requirements needed to be addressed from day one.

Challenge
In order to bring the vision of the founders to life, we have built a custom web application using the modern MERN stack. To achieve evolvability and scalability, modularity was designed into the system from the very beginning. Each module is loosely coupled and for the most part is self contained. To achieve a high performance website we have utilized the power of React.JS. AWS cloud is used to host the different parts of the application and load balancer is used to achieve a dynamic horizontal scaling. NextJS provides server side rendering capability to enhance the SEO of the web pages.
Solution
The result of our efforts is a high-performance, dynamically scaling, low cost modern web application. WIth streamlined data models, efficient presentation and intuitive user interfaces for both the end-users and the site administrator, ExplainItDoctorly is ready to take on the world and fulfill the vision of its founders.
